Psychotherapy Services
Phoenix Rising is an in-network provider for For all other insurance providers, we function as an out-of-network provider. We can provide you with a monthly superbill (a specialized invoice) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement according to your out-of-network benefits.
Your Responsibility
Insurance coverage and benefits are a direct contract between you and your insurance provider. It is your responsibility to verify your benefits and understand your coverage limits, deductibles, or co-payments prior to your first session. Payment for all services is due at the time of session.
Private Pay
Many individuals choose to pay privately for psychotherapy. Private pay allows for greater privacy, as diagnostic information is not shared with an insurance company, and there are no limitations on the number or duration of sessions. Please inquire for current private pay rates.
Restorative Wellness Offerings
Restorative items including Vibroacoustic Therapy, Sound Immersions, workshops, and small group experiences are not clinical psychotherapy and are not covered by health insurance. These services are fee-based and paid at the time of booking or session.
Payment
We accept major credit cards, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for eligible services. All payments are processed through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
